Jack has been a stylist since 1992. He opened the Collective in order to provide an environment where stylists can work together to better their clients lives in an atmosphere that fosters professional growth.  "Continual growth through Education not only makes us better Stylists for our Clients, but better citizens in our community."

Paul D. Endicott - Trends Director

Paul Endicott has a passion for hair and customer service that surpasses expectations.  He entered the scene in 1998 and quickly grew into a busy, highly sought after stylist.  His reputation for fresh work, great eye for detail and passion to satisfy his clients, has earned his growing flock of people who call on him for inspired hair.  Paul's experiences range from being a Paul Mitchell National Educator to a Southeastern Salon Supplier sales representative,  all while maintaining his love for great service behind the chair.

Shanda Genheimer - Stylist

Shanda enjoys working with all hair texture types and loves to add colors that bring out the clients best. She also enjoys thermal straightening - helping clients to have smooth, controlled and polished looks no matter what type of day it is.

Brooke Howell - Stylist

Brooke enjoys keeping up on the latest trends in fashion and beauty.  She believes in bringing out the best in her clients with fresh color techniques and classic modern cuts.

Lesley Hatten - Nail Tech

The years of experience and skill the Lesley brings to the Collective is invaluable.  Her quality of her work and pleasant personality is evident from her long list of happy returning patrons.
