Jack has been a stylist since 1992. He opened the Collective in order to provide an environment where stylists can work together to better their clients lives in an atmosphere that fosters professional growth.  "Continual growth through Education not only makes us better Stylists for our Clients, but better citizens in our community."

Paul D. Endicott - Trends Director

Paul will find the right haircut for you based on your hair's texture, your styling capabilities, face shape and lifestyle.

Paul has over 14 years experience cutting hair, in which he has trained under some of the biggest names in the industry.  He has also trained other stylists for Paul Mitchell, Alterna and GK Hair.  Working with a variety of textures and hair types, Paul is currently the lead member of the GK Hair Ohio Education Team as well as 1820 Collective's Lead Stylist.

Shanda Litzinger- Stylist

Shanda enjoys working with all hair texture types and loves to add colors that bring out the clients best. She also enjoys thermal straightening - helping clients to have smooth, controlled and polished looks no matter what type of day it is.

Carlee Hiltner - Stylist

Carlee is a dedicated hairstylist that prides herself on focusing on each and every client's needs.  Whether it is a trendy new cut or a glamorous new color, Carlee guarantees that you will feel amazing.  She has an eye for color and a nitch to find the right style for you.

Kayla Telfer - Stylist 

Kayla brings a fresh eye to color and style.  She is currently accepting new clients and is also training to become a certified hair extension specialist.

Loren Ball - Stylist

Loren is passionate about helping people find a reason to love their hair again. Accustomed to meeting the high level of professional and artistic expectations of clients in German Village and the downtown Columbus area, she enjoys customizing haircuts and color based on individual needs and desires. Her ability to educate and share easy styling tips with her clients, ensures that they are equipped to look good as well as feel great in-between appointments.
